The sama roquera, also known as sama roquera, is a fish of the Sparidae family found in Atlantic and Mediterranean waters. The largest specimens can measure up to 1.2 meters and weigh up to 18 kilograms.
The sama rocker is a fish with an elongated and laterally compressed body, which can reach up to 70 cm and weigh up to 7 kg. It is pink or reddish on top and silver underneath, with a black spot at the base of the pectoral fin.

How to Eat
The meat of the sama roquera is highly prized for its delicate flavor and soft, juicy texture.
